1. Acceptance and prototype status
By creating an account or using PulseIQ, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PulseIQ is a personal prototype operated by Richard Robinson, operating Pulse IQ. It is not currently offered as a public paid business product. These Terms do not assert a separate registered business entity form.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use PulseIQ. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts and connected social platforms
You are responsible for safeguarding your PulseIQ credentials and for activity under your account. If you connect YouTube, TikTok, or another platform, you are responsible for that social account, for complying with that platform's rules, and for content published through it.
You must have the rights needed for any media, titles, captions, or other content you upload or ask PulseIQ to process or publish.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits
- Use PulseIQ for unauthorized, illegal, or infringing activity
- Use PulseIQ to violate YouTube, Google, TikTok, or other platform rules
- Upload or generate content you do not have rights to use
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PulseIQ the permissions needed to host, process, transform, and display that content to provide the features you request (including AI-assisted generation and media assembly).
AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting content before publishing or relying on it.
6. Third-party platforms and publishing
Connecting Google/YouTube, TikTok, or other platforms is optional and occurs only through their OAuth consent flows after an in-product disclosure. PulseIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, or TikTok. Those platforms' terms still apply.
Publishing actions require explicit confirmation in PulseIQ. Automatic public posting without owner action is not enabled. Integrations, feature switches, and connected accounts can be disabled, revoked, or disconnected by you or by PulseIQ for security or operational reasons.
7. Availability
Features may change, degrade, or be unavailable. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. This limitation is appropriate for a personal prototype.
8. Suspension and disconnection
Access may be suspended for security, abuse, or operational reasons. You may disconnect connected platforms and request account or content deletion as described in Data Controls.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PulseIQ is provided "as is" and "as available." Warranties not expressly stated are disclaimed where allowed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those places, the disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Richard Robinson, operating Pulse IQ and PulseIQ are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. These Terms do not set a specific dollar liability cap, do not require arbitration, and do not waive class-action rights. Some jurisdictions do not permit every limitation; where a limitation is not allowed, it does not apply to you.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable United States federal law (Maryland, United States), without automatically adding arbitration, venue, or class-action-waiver language beyond what is stated here.
12. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated by publishing a revised page and updating the effective date. Continued use after material changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
